Spring is here, and as the change in seasons takes hold, the budding of new life fill the air, it can act as a reminder that change is constant!

Try Something New by Doing Something Old

If you have been thinking that you want to try yoga, dance, mediation, qigong because a friend, doctor or relative has told you how good it can be…then now is the time, I mean NOW. Each moment is another re-birth. It is time to shed those bad habits of excuses, rationalizations and time to get yourself here!

There is a reason these ancient techniques have lasted centuries, and a reason that the trends/fads come and go. These ancient practices yield that everlasting fruit of inner peace! So do something new, by trying something old.

But don’t take my word for it, or your friends word for it, or your doctors, or even your spouses or families….only you can benefit from having the direct experience!

5-5:45 pm Body Pursuit Workouts (open level) w/ Ashley
6-7:15 pm Sadhana Yoga (intermediate practice) w/ Jessica
7:30 pm Guided Jhana Meditation (open level) w/ Jessica, $5 or just $2 if you also came to yoga at 6pm

Wednesdays
10 am Guided Jhana Meditation (open level), $5
10:30-12 pm Modern Dance (mixed/intermediate level) 
5:15- 6:30 pm Basics & Yoga Nidra (open level) w/ Peter
7-7:50 pm Barre (open level) w/ Jessica

Thursdays

4-5 pm Jhana Meditation & Pranayama w/ Ashley
7-8:30 pm Emotion InMotion/Open Dance Jam  (bi-monthly community dance class on the 1st & 3rd of each month) w/ Jessica

Saturdays
8-9 am Yoga for Core Strengthening  (open level) w/ Abbey
9:15 – 10 am Body Pursuit Workshouts (1st Saturday of each month) w/ Ashely
10:15 – 10:45 am Kids Yoga (1st and 2nd Saturday of each month)

Sundays
9-10:15 am Sadhana Yoga (open level) w/ Jessica
10:30 – 11:30 am  All Levels Vinyasa & Power Yoga (every other week the class will rotate between the two) w/ Kimber-Lee
