Since 2012 The Squillante Family Trust has endowed our 501(c)3 to devote 22 acres in Westport MA to creating Community Gardens and Wildlife Sanctuaries. We still have many miles to go with our vision, but then again with projects of this Nature is there ever an end? Perhaps just constant change, growth and evolution, all done with lots of love and patience! 

Visiting Hours – Community Gardens & Wildlife Sanctuary

Members – Visiting rights are granted to members all year round Daily from Dawn to Dusk. Members are welcome to stay overnight for nature retreats, with permission (must call ahead for overnight stay, 774-264-0786).

Public – Vernal Equinox (March 20th) through Samhain (October 31st); Sundays Dawn – Dusk, Mondays Dawn-Dusk  & Occasional Saturdays with permission (must call ahead 774-264-0786)

Come to explore nature’s bounty. Meditate in our self guided meditation tour, walk in the woods, observe nature and learn to just be! We welcome you to visit our Gardens and Wildlife Sanctuary with the understanding that long as you respect our rules while visiting you are welcome here.

Passive Recreational Use ONLY

Visiting Rules: Any violation will result in immediate revocation of permission to visit. If you choose to enjoy our grounds you take full responsibility for your own well being and agree that you cannot hold the owners responsible for any harm or injury that may occur while you visit our communal space.  

  • Do not pick the flowers, or take plant cuttings.

  • Stay on the pathways and grass areas. (If you are not on a pathway or grass areas you may be in a flowerbed.)

  • No climbing on or jumping from trees, rocks or other structures.

  • Keep out of the ponds and waterways (this includes pets).

  • All pets must be on a leash at all times (we have animals that live here)

  • You must pick up after your pets.  

  • Do not bother the critters that live here.

  • Do not feed the farm animals, fish or critters. Do not feed the birds (bread is harmful and even fatal to birds)

  • No loud music allowed (please wear headphones)

  • No Drugs Allowed

  • Take In – Take Out

  • Appropriate attire is required (no bare feet)

  • No children under 17 allowed without adult supervision

  • Be your best, respect all, including yourself
