Experience a healing journey through the chakras incorporating yoga, sound healing, and energy medicine to nourish and replenish mind, body and spirit. Travel through the chakras through a meditative Kripalu based flow focused on these sacred energy centers in the body. Throwing away the traditional yoga playlist for this workshop, experience sacred sound as you practice including drums, gongs, and crystal bowls. Class will end with a meditation and an extended savasana featuring a sacred spirit sound bath. The sacred spirit sound bath will help us work into states of higher vibrations that will open our hearts, minds, chakras, collective consciousness and awareness.

Please bring an open heart and mind as well as a yoga mat, blanket, water, pillow, and anything that will make you more comfortable. A journal can also be handy to write any insights that you might gain during the workshop.

Silvana Melo is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher focused on supporting students in listening to their breath and body in their personal practice. Kripalu yoga is designed for all ages, body types and energy levels. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Kripalu yoga places a special emphasis using breath and movement to connect to the wisdom of your body. In class, students are invited to explore remaining present, listening to their inner voice and finding their edge. Silvana is also a certified Reiki Healer focusing on supporting others in their own healing journey.

Pete Walsh uses different (planetary, cosmic, astroid belt, sun & moon) tuned gongs, chakra crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, ceremonial drums, didgeridoo, Native American flutes, other wind & celestial instruments, and voice to create a mystical and magical healing space for the body, mind & spirit to unite & balance into harmony. These healing vibrations can help open and activate your chakra’s energy flow, resinating you into a higher vibrational state of “BEING”.

Over time, Pete Walsh developed Sacred Spirit Space to create a safe container to allow one to experience a Shamanic Sound Journey. To help one explore and discover their own Sacred Spirit Space. Its origin comes from ancient traditional healing circles, that have been around for thousands of years. This experience is a unique, creative, spontaneous, transforming experience which can help one break through their normal boundaries effortlessly and to discover that there are no limits to exploring “WITHIN” Infinity. This work has been around or many life times and is an evolutionary work in progress. Sacred Spirit Space has come to fruition through the will of Spirit, manifestation, meditation, journeys, shamanic ceremonies and practice.
