Chakra Workshop

This workshop will guide one through ways to relate to their chakras through lecture, discussion and lab. Participants will review and relate to the different chakras and how they correspond to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components of ones life. Components of movement, meditation and aromatherapy techniques will be included in the experience.
