Peter has practiced yoga regularly for over twelve years. He was prompted to try yoga to relieve his chronic back aches. He received his 200 hour teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2008. Peter is certified to teach Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra by Jennifer Reis and has studied with Mukunda Stiles, Sam Dworkis, Rudy Pierce and local teachers Tom Carr, Debby Dixon and Marlene Ripley. Canadian yoga teacher Jamine Ackert also has been an influence.
