Sacred Intention and Sound

Bring 2018 by being intentional about what you like to manifest into your life. This workshop will include a relaxing intention based yoga flow followed by a sound bath using crystal singing bowls to raise the vibrations of our intentions. Class will end with intention setting for the year 2018 by creating a collage or visual of what you would like to manifest in 2018. Bring old magazines that you don’t mind cutting up for a collage if you have them. Materials will be provided for college use.

$30 with pre-registration
