    Yoga for Core Strengthening with Abbey Courchaine
    This class will use different postures/asanas to strengthen your core body. The core includes but is not limited to your abdominal muscles, your hips, pelvic floor, obliques and glutes. This class is an excellent way for athletes to cross train. it is especially great for cyclist and runners/joggers. Having a stronger core body provides stability which helps to prevent injury and increase endurance.
