here are exercises you can try at home!

Also you can try Tuesday nights 6pm or Thursday nights 6pm – Both practices will be geared toward ALL levels!!

Warm up with a basic sun salute – maybe even think of the sun and its warmth(in hopes to see the sun again soon)!!! Repeat 3-6 times with focus on breath!

Stand in door way. Bring one foot forward the other back, both feet parallel both heels grounded.Forward foot is bent with knee on top of ankle, back leg extended. Place forearms on wall and lean in while energizing through back heel. Focus on Squeezing shoulder blades together and pressing shoulders down. Hold 3-5 breaths and repeat on other side!

Time for rest…. use wall or couch to support legs and you recline back. Let the blood flow to the heart with ease. focus on breath reaching your toes. Hold 5-10 breaths…or as long as you like!!!

Bring your Practice home…since snow is persistent in interrupting our Monday nights practice!!
