The P.O.T.E.G.P. Spiritual Guidance Center offers several programs including seminars and workshops on the development of practical tools to help one connect with knowing oneself and the world.
Our next Public Lecture and Discussion is Saturday May 16th from 11 am – 1 pm (Tea and Water provided). Please RSVP if you wish to attend.
| This Lecture/Lab will introduce; P.O.T.E.G.P. (what we are and what we are not) and discuss the basics of conscious awareness through internal practice tools. For this lecture we will introduce insight and jhana meditation (with a guided jhana meditation lab/practice). |
